Steingold and Hardy of MG Commercial sell 24,000 s/f for $1.2 million

Larry Steingold and Steve Hardy of MG Commercial Real Estate sold Temple Torat Yisrael at 330 Park Ave. for $1.2 million. The seller, Temple Torat Yisrael, will be relocating to a new synagogue at 1251 Middle Rd., East Greenwich. The buyer, Praise Tabernacle, is relocating from a smaller church in Cranston. The 24,000 s/f building is located on a 1.56 acre lot. Coastway Community Bank provided the financing.
