Stebbins Commercial sells 12,700 s/f industrial condo for $975,000
Merrimack, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC negotiated the sale of the 12,700 s/f commercial building at 6 Continental Blvd., from Corja Inc. to 6 Continental LLC.
Reed represented the seller, and Mike Tamposi of CBRE represented the buyer.
According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $975,000.
