Stateside Construction breaks ground to re-build 25,077 s/f Lakeview Pavilion

Stateside Construction Group, town officials, including the police and fire chiefs, were joined by state officials, a bride and groom, other dignitaries, and co-owners Anastasia Tsoumbanos and Natalia Kapourelakos as they broke ground on a new, 25,077 s/f Lakeview Pavilion. The original 108-year-old function facility was destroyed by a devastating fire last April. Allevato Architects designed the new facility and Stateside Construction is the general contractor. George Khouri is the owner's project manager. The new Lakeview Pavilion will be a modern venue with cathedral ceilings, ample space for dancing, natural light from majestic floor-to-ceiling windows, and picturesque water views. Stateside Construction Group is a medium-sized commercial general contractor with offices in Andover, and project experience throughout New England. In business for over 22 years, they have been quite active in the hospitality and country club market. Stateside's portfolio includes some of the most prestigious clubs and function facilities in New England. These projects range from ground-up to major reconstruction, historic renovations and a wide range of intricate build-outs of interior spaces, both large and small from very complex to those that are simple.
