Bristol, RI Residential Properties, Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 418 Poppasquash Rd., which sold for $1.1 million. Sales associate Barbara Stamp, a member of RPL’s Barrington office, represented the buyer in the transaction. 

According to MLS data, RPL currently leads all brokerages with five transaction sides and a 37.8% market share of local homes that have sold for over $1 million this year.
