Boston, MA SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) has opened their new Boston office and the addition of Jonathan Lapat, formerly a principal at Strategic Retail Advisors, who has joined SRS to lead the new office. The office will serve as a hub for all activity within New England. The Boston and New York offices will form an interdependent relationship, with clients of both offices benefitting from the expanded coverage along the east coast. Immediate plans to grow the Boston office include locating a physical location from which the Boston team will operate. The addition of the new office marks the 12th SRS office in the United States and provides SRS’ clients deep local knowledge in one of the most important retail markets in the country.

Bank, ULTA Beauty, Chico’s, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, White House Black Market, Payless ShoeSource, F21 Red, Athleta and Bath & Body Works, among others.
