Spinella of Spinnaker Group sells 10,000 s/f mixed-use - $550,000
Peter Spinella of Spinnaker Group sold the 2-story building located at 285 Main St., with-in 45 days of listing.
The property is a mixed-use building including 10 apartments and 10,000 s/f of commercial space.
The building was sold by IB Holdings. The buyer is Kew-ray LLC. Spinella represented both parties.
The purchase price was $550,000.
