Sperry Van Ness/McInnis sells 2 ind'l. buildings on 41 acres - $1.15m
Chris McInnis of Sperry Van Ness/Paul Mcinnis, Inc. and Tom Fini of Sperry Van Ness/Fini Group negotiated the sale of 214 and 216 Plaistow Rd. (Rte.125) for $1.15 million. The property consists of 2 industrial buildings on 4 parcels totaling 41 acres.
McInnis represented the seller, Ocean Bank.
Fini represented the buyer, Panniello Plaistow 214 Realty Trust.
