Soby and Fox of Mott & Chace sell 123 Reservoir Rd. for $1.22 million

Burrillville, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of the waterfront home at 123 Reservoir Rd. for $1.22 million. Bridgette Soby, sales associate, and Danielle Fox, sales associate, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller. Jacqueline Stanhope of Century 21 North East represented the buyer.

The rebuilt home has been completely renovated down to the studs. Offering five bedrooms, three- and one-half bathrooms, and over 4,400 s/f of living space, the waterfront home is situated on a half-acre overlooking Echo Lake.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Burrillville since 1677 Round Top Rd., which was sold by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty in the spring of 2022.
