A large commercial property located at 502 Railroad St. transferred ownership on January 28th. This property consists of a 12,000 s/f retail building under a long term lease to the national drug store chain, Rite Aid.
Peabody & Smith Realty Commercial brokers Andy Smith, CCIM and Mary Doherty based in Franconia, NH represented the seller, Murphy Realty Company Inc., and assisted the buyers, R&R Realty Management of Vermont. The property transferred at $1.75 million.
