Smarter Security Systems launches new website for entrance control and outdoor security of properties

Smarter Security Systems, provider of intelligent entrance control and outdoor security solutions, has launched a new web site which provides customers, prospects, and security industry practitioners a new way to interact with the company and each other. The modern design, simple navigation, and rich multi-media product resources, including an exclusive A&E Resource Center, assist those seeking lobby security or outdoor security solutions. A blog and nascent office building community provide platforms for sharing perspectives and ideas, collaborating, and forming and extending relationships. Visitors to www.smartersecurity.com will find a different web presence, one that is aesthetically consistent with the elegance for which the Fastlane brand is known. The new site provides extensive photo galleries to help architects and end users better envision Fastlane turnstiles for their building lobbies. Many fast-streaming videos are also available to demonstrate Fastlane and Smarter Outdoor solutions to assist prospective customers. Enhanced navigation, a robust predictive search engine, and downloads rankings all assist users in quickly finding what they seek. A security industry blog provides a forum for Smarter Security executives and outside security professionals to share insights and perspectives on security issues. Architects and engineers will find useful resources now available online from Smarter Security. The A&E Resource Center (ARC) enables registered A&E professionals to access resources to help them work on projects with Fastlane. Included are files such as CAD drawings, CSI Format specifications, and high-resolution images of building lobbies with Fastlane turnstiles installed. Additionally, the ARC also features an easy-to-use tool that allows a user to instantly apply a variety of Rimex Metals colors to several popular Fastlane models. This will assist design professionals in considering custom looks for their unique lobbies. Also launching with the web site is an online office building community hosted by Smarter Security. Here architects, end users, consultants and others can register to find and connect with others whose work involves office buildings. Features will soon be added to enable discussion groups and collaboration. "In recent years, Smarter Security has become a leader in the security industry and now we are demonstrating this leadership online," said Jeff Brown, president of Smarter Security Systems. "Architects, for instance, will find no better resource in the turnstile industry to help make their work easier. We've participated within the office building community for nearly 20 years and have formed many great relationships. Now we're using modern web technologies to provide property managers, security directors, facility professionals, architects, and consultants a place online where they can learn and network to be more effective in their jobs." Smarter Security Systems was one of the top twenty fastest-growing private security companies in America in 2009, per the Inc. 5000 annual report. This marks the second consecutive year on the list for the company. Additionally, the Fastlane brand of optical turnstiles offered by the company was the clear market share leader for speedgates in the most recent biennial study by IMS Research on the entrance control market in the Americas.
