Northhampton, MA The fully-permitted 4-story, 80,000 s/f class A professional office building proposed for the north side of Atwood Dr. at 23 Atwood Dr., gets one step closer to becoming a reality. As previously announced in the Hampshire Gazette, the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center on Atwood Dr. in Northampton will be permanently closed as of November 16 to make way for future development on the site. The hotel will be demolished in the first quarter of 2016 making the site ready for the proposed building.

This will be the 3rd office building at this highly desirable location, immediately off Exit 18 on I-91. The two existing class A professional office buildings are fully leased to Cooley Dickinson Health Care Corp. and other medical offices. Preleasing is now underway for the new building for spaces ranging from 2,500 sf to as large as 70,000 sf through the Developer and Leasing Agent, Development Associates.
