Simboli Properties to build new 26,000 s/f warehouse for Baldor in Chelsea

The Simboli Properties completed a new lease with Baldor Boston, a current tenant for over 7 years at Second St. The new location will be at 215 Williams St. Baldor Boston is a leading importer and distributor of top quality produce and specialty foods. The Simboli Properties will be handling construction services to build the new warehouse to suit, more than tripling the capacity of Baldor's current space. The new facility encompasses over 26,000 s/f of high bay refrigeration and freezer space. "The development of the Baldor warehouse in Chelsea is an attribute to the ever expanding company and demand for quality food distribution in the Boston market" said Anthony Simboli, president and founder of The Simboli Props. "This project represents my company's integration across construction and management, and I am excited to work with this remarkable business right here in Chelsea." Michael Muzyk, president of Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. said, "We are excited about moving to this new facility, which will enable us to further enhance our product variety and service, as well as create jobs.
