American Realty recently purchased the 10,280 s/f injection molding facility at 35 Tisdale Ave. for $220,000.
The seller, Willam Holloway, recently sold his molding business.The property consists of a cinder block factory building with 11'-15' height, three loading docks, a 600 amp three phase electric service, city water and sewer and a small office. The building is on a 32,135 s/f lot in the RB zoning and is grandfathered for injection molding.
The buyers are moving from their existing leased space and will use the extra space for molding and storage.
