CB Richard Ellis has arranged the sale of 100 Bank St., a 68,994 s/f class A office building, for $10.2 million.
The CBRE team of Gary Lemire, Bill Moylan, Chris Angelone and Patrick Cavanagh, along with Bill Kiendl of VT Commercial, represented the seller, The Kevin Donohoe Co., and procured the buyer, Marley Properties, LLC.
100 Bank St. is an eight-story, office building. It is 99% leased with a tenant roster that includes Marsh Management Services, Verizon, Charles Schwab and Chittenden Bank. The property is attached to the Burlington Town Center, a 444,000 s/f shopping center. 100 Bank St. has views of Lake Champlain and is located close to I-89.
