Sholl of Peabody Cos. named ARM of the Year by IREM Boston

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, Carolina Sholl, multi-site manager at Lowell Belvedere Housing, has been named the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Year by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4. The ARM Award recognizes real estate management excellence performed by an IREM member who holds the ARM credential. Sholl was recognized for advancing the real estate profession; providing superior service to residents; demonstrating leadership qualities through innovative initiatives, programs or business practices that resulted in property success and/or business advancement; and a commitment to ethical business practices based on the IREM Code of Professional Ethics.
