New Britain, CT Sherwin-Williams has opened its newly constructed store at 972 West Main St. The store officially opened its doors on March 21st of this year, offering a modern retail experience and a wide range of high-quality paint and accessories for both residential and commercial projects.
The new store is owned and was constructed by Reno-West Main, LLC, which completed the build-to-suit development for the tenant. Sherwin-Williams has been a trusted name in this market for over 30 years and has now relocated just two miles west of its previous location. The move provides the new store with exceptional street visibility, improved access, and parking compared to the former location, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
Sherwin-Williams is committed to providing a contemporary retail environment, and the new store concept aligns with the preferences of today’s modern customers. This strategic relocation and store design aims to meet the evolving needs of the community while ensuring Sherwin-Williams’ continued presence in the market.
To secure their position in this location, Sherwin-Williams signed a long-term lease for the premises. Mark D’Addabbo, managing member of MACK V Development, LLC, worked on behalf of Sherwin-Williams, while Dan Garofalo of Reno Properties Group served as the listing agent for the landlord. Randy Kabakoff of the law firm Rogin-Nassau acted as legal counsel for the landlord during the leasing process.
