Sherin and Lodgen welcome the attorneys of Kaitz + Associates
According to Sherin and Lodgen LLP, the attorneys of Kaitz + Assoc. LLP have joined the firm. Richard Kaitz, Paula Curry, Lisa Avery-Peck and Jane Thomassen will relocate to the firm's offices at 101 Federal St.
"Attorneys of both firms put client service as their top priority," said Gary Markoff, managing partner of Sherin and Lodgen.
R.E. attorneys at Sherin and Lodgen have worked with the Kaitz group on transactions over many years. They also know each other through speaking engagements, committee appointments and activities within real estate industry groups, particularly the Int'l. Council of Shopping Centers.
"This move allows us to offer our clients a broader menu of sophisticated transactional legal services, such as corporate structuring and restructuring, finance, taxation, permitting and affordable housing expertise," said Kaitz.
Kaitz anticipates that his firm's client base, which includes Home Depot, National Dev., PetSmart, RK Assoc. and Taurus Invs., will join Sherin and Lodgen's client roster of retailers, developers and property owners and managers.
