Mayrand, Umphrey and Mancini of Kelleher & Sadowsky broker lease
The Portland Group has leased 27,500 s/f of distribution space from Woodbury and Company, Inc. The space is located at 660 Lincoln St. The Portland Group will wholesale, distribute and have an extensive bath and kitchen retail showroom at the location.
The Portland Group consists of 12 full line plumbing, heating, and air conditioning wholesale operations.
Matthew Mayrand from Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the Portland Grp. James Umphrey & Donald Mancini represent the Woodbury & Co.
