Shea Commercial Properties sells Two Dyer Avenue in Salem, N.H.

Two Dyer Ave, a commercial property located on Rte. 28, North Broadway, has been sold. KEMDS Realty LLC., purchased the property which will be renovated and become home to Technology Seed. Owned and operated by Kurt Simione, Technology Seed provides complete network setup to computer repair and personal computer support. Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, ZENO Properties, LLC and assisted the buyer, KEMDS, LLC.
