Shea Commercial Properties sells 22,000 s/f retail plaza for $3.1 million

HAMPSTEAD, NH Quick Stop Properties, LLC has purchased Hampstead Village Plaza, a 22,000 s/f property located at 416 Emerson Ave. The retail plaza is occupied by Drake Petroleum gasoline station with a 3,000 s/f convenience store. Other tenants include State of New Hampshire Liquor Store, Christina’s Country Café, Bleu Tangerine Salon & Dry Spa, Kelly Cleaners, Lobster Q, and Osaka Hibachi Restaurant. The sale price of the plaza was $3.1 million according to the Registry of Deeds. The sale transaction was handled for Quick Stop Properties, LLC by Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc.
