Shea Commercial Properties completes two sales totaling $2.2 million

127 Rockingham Road - Windham, NH

Windham, NH Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of Granite Oaks Professional Office Building located at 127 Rockingham Rd. (Rte. 28).

The free-standing 12,864 s/f building on 3 acres was constructed in 2007, and has many amenities including tenant upgrades, elevator, granite curbing, tenant storage spaces and has ample parking. 

The sale transaction was handled by Jerry Hersh, of Tinkham Realty, who represented Granite Oaks, LLC, the sellers.  Harry and Nicholas Shea, of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyers.  The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $1.12 million. 

In another transaction, Shea Commercial Properties completed the sale of 9-11 Searles Rd.  The property is a private, gated, country estate consisting of two parcels on 11 acres. 

The house built around 1863 was originally a school house, and was expanded and converted into a residence in the early 1900s by Edward Searles. 

The sale was handled by Arlene Hajjar, BHG Masiello, who represented the sellers and Nicholas and Harry Shea who represented the buyers. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds was $1.1 million.
