The project, which will add approximately 5,400 s/f to the existing 40,000 s/f facility, will double Tedor’s commercial capacity and capabilities in order to execute on its rapidly-growing product portfolio. As a result of Tedor’s growth, it plans to expand its current high-skilled workforce of 60 employees by adding more than 20 new positions in 2017.

Shawmut will oversee the project, which will include the renovation of 3,300 s/f of existing space, as well as a 2,100 s/f addition.

The expansion is phase one of Tedor’s three near-term capital improvements.
