Winchester, MA Seaver Construction, Inc. served as the design/builder for Little Flippers Swim School at 29 East St.

The project entailed conversion of a 10,000 s/f industrial building into a children’s learn-to-swim school. Major work included complete demolition and rebuild of the interior including mechanical and electrical upgrades, ADA upgrades, construction of the swimming pool including pool management and conditioning systems, reception area, administration offices, changing facilities and a multi-purpose room for large groups. A large all-glass viewing wall bisects the space lengthwise, providing a clear view of the pool and a large seating area. The color pallet and finish selections are inspired by the aquatic theme of the facility.
