SCRE assists Newman’s Own in 4,147 s/f building lease

Westport, CT Penny Wickey and Daniel Neaton represented Newman’s Own Foundation in the successful lease of 1111 Post Rd. East. The 4,147 s/f building was leased to Connecticut Community Bank. Belinda Scanlon of the Bernard Realty Group represented the tenant. The building is located at the corner of Post Rd. East and Morningside Dr. and was formerly occupied by TD Bank. Connecticut Community Bank is a full-service community bank and mortgage provider serving customers in Connecticut. The bank is headquartered in Norwalk, and was founded in 1998. The bank will be relocating their branch at 1495 Post Rd. East to this new location.
