Scotti of Peter M. Scotti & Associates named 2017 Realtor of the Year

Providence, RI Peter Scotti, president of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, has been selected as the 2017 Realtor of the Year of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR).  
This prestigious award is based on his outstanding contributions and leadership in the real estate industry.  

Scotti was the 2012 president of the board and previously served on its board of directors. He has also served as an officer of the RI Association of Realtors, as a commissioner of the
RI Department of Business Regulation’s Real Estate Appraisal Division, is a former president of the RI Chapter of the National Appraisal Institute and as an instructor at URI and Johnson & Wales.

Scotti is a recognized industry leader and is one of the foremost authorities on real estate valuation issues in Rhode Island, often consulted by State agencies, municipalities and major corporations.

Honesty, integrity and knowledge have been the foundation of his career.  He will receive his award at
RICABOR’s annual meeting on October 3.
