Ownership of the Tops Electric block from Richmond to Parsonage St. on Point St. between Eddy St. and the ramps to I-95 transferred this week.
The 40,000 s/f parcel was purchased from City Top Realty and Carol Wolf for $1.5 million. Tops Electric will continue to operate from the property.
