Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate sells 5,760 s/f banquet hall for $1m
Providence, RI A former lodge/banquet hall at 159 Gano St. has been sold for $1 million. The 5,760 s/f masonry building was formerly the home of the Holy Rosary Band Society.
The buyer, Power 250, LLC, plans to redevelop the site.
The seller was represented by Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal and the buyer was represented by Martin Saklad of Samson Realty, Ltd.
