Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate brokers East Side investment deal
Providence, RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of the five family apartment complex located on the city’s East Side at 41 E Transit St.
The property was sold to Serafia Apartments LLC for $660,000.
The buyers were represented by Re/Max Rivers Edge.
