Schiffman, Markham + DeRentis listed among Rhode Island's best realtors
Residential Properties Ltd. sales associate Gerri Schiffman and real estate group Markham + DeRentis Associates have each been included on the 2014 Real Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents report. REAL Trends ranks, collects, and verifies all of its data to produce a completely unbiased and ethical report honoring the top agents across all 50 states, including over 250 major areas and nearly 600 cities.
Schiffman was recognized as Rhode Island's top producing agent in terms of overall sales volume, and ranked second in the state among individual agents with a total of 90 transaction sides.
Markham + DeRentis Associates was listed fourth among all Rhode Island teams with $33,698,349 in overall sales volume, and also placed seventh in the state with 98 transaction sides.
