Scaralia of Albert sells 2 properties - $510,000
Albert Scaralia of Albert Realtors/GMAC Real Estate negotiated the sale of two properties.
* 972 Reservoir Ave. at the corner of Nowell St. The seller was Sharon DiMasco and the buyer was Margaret Investments. The sale price was $285,000. Albert represented the seller and buyer.
* 3 Lockmere Rd. at the corner of 917 Reservoir Ave. The seller was the Estate of George Nystromand the buyer was Mohammed Zamam & Adina Ajmeri. The sale price was $225,000. Scaralia represented both the seller and buyer
