Scaralia of Albert Realty sells 2,585 s/f office bldg. for $425,000
Albert Scaralia, broker/owner of Albert Realty Inc. sold a 2,585 s/f office building located at 905 Pontiac Ave. to Partners in Primary Care, Inc. for $425,000.
Scaralia represented the buyer and the seller, Naomi Thovmasian Marsh Trust Inc.
