Scaralia of Albert Realty sells 2,550 s/f
Craig Wicks purchased a 2,550 s/f office/residential property at 263 Budlong Rd.
Janet Scaralia of Albert Realty, Inc. was the listing broker.
Jason Corsini of Northeast Realty Associates represented the sellers, Kimberly D'Andrea and Daniel Gelfuso.
The building has 1,275 s/f of office space on the first floor and a 1,275 s/f apartment on the second floor.
The selling price was $375,000.
