Scaralia of Albert Realtors completes two sales totaling $499,000
Albert Scaralia of Albert Realtors has completed two sales totaling $499,000.
The first transaction was a $149,000 sale located at 1289 Cranston St. The property is a retail and apartment space. The buyer intends to open a convenient store and also use live-in space.
In another transaction Scaralia sold a 7,663 s/f car lot/auto repair property for $350,000. It was sold to Robert Siravo Jr. at 244 Greenville Ave. in Johnston.
