Scanlon, Martin and DeStefano of Grubb & Ellis|NNE lease 37,000 s/f industrial: to Shelburne Plastics at former DHL facility

According to Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, Shelburne Plastics has executed a multi-year lease for the 37,000 s/f industrial building located at 27 Industrial Dr. The building was the former home of DHL and is on the south side of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, Doug Martin and Jim DeStefano of G&E|NNE's Londonderry office represented the owner, Mark Hill Investments, Inc., and procured the tenant. "This is a win win situation, as the owner secures a quality tenant and Shelburne will occupy a first class industrial building to serve its current and long term needs," said Scanlon. "27 Industrial provides excellent accessibility to the tenant's key customer base and is another indication of the strength of the airport district as a place to do business," he added.
