Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,200 s/f to Heritage Floor Covering

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 3,200 s/f of retail space at 892 North Colony Rd. to Heritage Floor Covering Co. For over 25 years Heritage Floor Covering has been serving its customers with products and services, including carpets, ceramic tile, commercial services, hardwoods, linoleum floors and window coverings. The company's new space offers a showroom for customers to visit. The tenant takes occupancy in July and plans to open for business mid to late August. Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the lease transaction, representing the landlord, TFJA, LLC, and the tenant.
