Saugatuck Comm'l. leases to retailers throughout Conn.

Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC represents tenants and landlords and assists retailers, office users, as well as landlords and developers in leasing, investing and developing retail and office property throughout Conn., Mass., R.I., downstate N.Y. and N.J. Throughout the second half of 2008 Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate has negotiated leases as follows: The new AT&T has signed leases for two new stores in Greenwich and New Milford. Massage Envy, a national membership based massage therapy clinic, awarded North America's Hottest Retailer Award by the International Council of Shopping Centers, plans to open two more clinics in Glastonbury as well as one in Cranston, R.I. Robeks, one of the nation's fastest growing health food franchises, will be opening another store in the High Ridge Plaza in Stamford. Crumbs, a bakery, is expanding its presence beyond New York City, Beverly Hills and The Hamptons, with one already opened in High Ridge Plaza, Stamford and two more planned in Westport and New Canaan. Ace Hardware, a home improvement retailer, plans to open another store in Rawley, Mass. Family Dollar, one of the fastest growing discount retailers in the U.S., has plans to open a new store in Hamden. Liberty Bank, the oldest mutual bank in the state of Conn., will also be opening another branch in Cromwell. Emerald City Smoothie, a new up and coming smoothie and health product store, will be opening a new store in South Windsor. SBK Nail Salon has leased a space in Norwalk. In addition, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate assisted in the disposition of surplus property for Rite Aid in New Milford.
