Russell of Pearce Real Estate sells 18 acres for $550,000

West  Haven, CT Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior broker of Pearce Real Estate represented the owner, Latella Enterprises Corp., in the $550,000 sale of 18 acres of light industrial land at 80 Prindle Rd.

The buyer of the property, JEC Construction & Transport, LLC of Milford, Conn. was represented by Weed Realtors, and will use the property for storage of stock and equipment for their landscaping, construction and truck hauling operations.

Russell, a specialist in investment analysis, has more than forty years of experience in the field of real estate. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B A. in International Trade and Finance from Lehigh University. Russell is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) where he also is a nationally known instructor of the CCIM program. He currently is assistant adjunct professor of real estate at New York University. He also holds membership in the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is a past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Connecticut SIOR Chapter, Connecticut CID chapter, and the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors®. He has been named “Realtor of the Year” by both the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and Connecticut Association of Realtors. He is also past president of the Rotary Club of Orange.
