Fellah of HK Group sells 3,015 s/f office condo

South Norwalk, CT Franco Fellah, executive vice president of HK Group, finalized the sale of a 3,015 s/f office commercial condominium Unit 1-F at 83-85 Washington St. for of $643,000. The property is located in the center of SoNo’s golden triangle, next to all amenities, the movie theater, restaurants and close to the Maritime Aquarium. Jeff Byington of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services represented the buyer, Fellah represented the seller, FWL Properties, LLC. The buyer is a local design and marketing firm that will utilize the entire space for its own use. Attorney Allan Cramer of Cramer & Ahern Westport represented the seller, attorney Thomas Vetter of Keogh, Burkhart & Vetter Norwalk represented the buyer.
