Russell of Pearce Real Estate leases 4,806 s/f to Lunch Box 23, LLC

New Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, Sr. commercial broker for Pearce Real Estate, completed a multi-year lease for 4,806 s/f of retail space at 280 Blake St. Both the tenant and landlord, Lunch Box 23, LLC and the landlord at 280 Blake St., respectively, were represented by Russell.

The space will be occupied by Lunch Box 23, LLC, a food truck and food catering service with over 10 years of experience in the area. They plan on utilizing the property for catering and a restaurant. The mission of Lunch Box 23 is to pack as much flavor and experience into their bite sized portions as possible, while using as many farm fresh, local ingredients as they can.
