RPL's Friedman Group and Kirk/Schryver team sell 80 Governor Bradford for $1 million

Barrington, RI Residential Properties sold  80 Governor Bradford for $1,020,000. The home was listed by Ted Friedman of the Friedman Group, while sales associate Elizabeth Kirk of the Kirk | Schryver Team represented the buyers. All parties are members of RPL’s Barrington office. 
 

According to MLS, RPL has now listed five of the ten homes to sell for over $1 million in Barrington this year.

This Colonial built in 2007, offers over 3,600 s/f of living space and is set on park-like grounds in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of town. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances, while the casual dining area opens into the family room with a wood-burning fireplace.
