RPL earns spot on REAL Trends 500 for seventh consecutive year
Providence, RI For the seventh consecutive year, Residential Properties Ltd., Rhode Island’s leading real estate company, has earned a spot on the REAL Trends 500 – an independently verified list of the top 500 most successful real estate companies in the entire nation. RPL is the only real estate company based solely in Rhode Island to appear on the list, coming it at #343 in the country with $858,982,295 in total sales volume during 2018.
According to a research report produced by REAL Trends, the brokerages selected to the Real Trends 500 closed over 3.2 million residential sales transactions in 2018. These transactions represent over one-third of all new and resale transactions completed by brokers during the year, yet the REAL Trends 500 represented less than 0.5% of all brokerage firms.
