Ross of Hart Corporation relocates Airgas-East to 14,080 s/f facility

Art Ross, SIOR of Hart Corporation exclusively represented Airgas-East, a division of Airgas, Inc., in its site search for a new location and expansion in Warwick. Airgas-East is a retail and wholesale distributor and supplier of industrial and medical gases. Its facilities traditionally include a retail and wholesale showroom, along with outside storage of supplies and equipment. Moving just down the street from its previous location, Airgas-East will now occupy 522 Jefferson Blvd. The 14,080 s/f facility has commercial visibility, with close proximity to I-95, Rte. 37, and TF Green Airport. These attributes played an important role in the choice of this new location. The build out of over 3,200 s/f of retail and sales/service space has been completed and the facility opened for business in early March. MG Commercial of Providence, a Hart Group International affiliate, represented the landlord, 522 Jefferson, LLC, in the transaction.
