Gerald Romano of Romano Real Estate sells 991-995 Post Road East for $2.6 million.
This is a mixed-use property of office and retail, the buildings are two stories, and consist of 8,500 s/f, positioned on .66 acres
The seller was 991 Post Road East, LLC, and Romano represented the buyer Drew Friedman.
The tranaction was AIR C Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. Attorney Hale Sargent of Sargent Sargent & Jacobs, LLC, Westport, represented the buyer and attorney Samuel Rost of Green & Gross, PC, Bridgeport, represented the seller.
