ROK Builders to renovate Marriott Courtyard

ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been retained by Norwich Partners to remodel and renovate the Marriott Courtyard. The company will manage a complete makeover of the hotel's lobby and corridors to better serve guests. Public spaces and guest rooms will also be upgraded with new fixtures, décor and furniture. Renovations to the property are scheduled to be completed in the spring. ROK Builders will work closely with Group One Partners, Inc. who is providing architectural, interior design and procurement services. The Marriott Courtyard is a popular choice for visitors in the Lebanon area due to its close proximity to Dartmouth College, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Harpoon and Long Trail Breweries, among other attractions. "Norwich Partners, the current owner of the Marriott Courtyard has been a wonderful partner. Our collaboration with Group One Partners, Inc. will enable us to seamlessly incorporate brand design standards into the property," said Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Builders and partner of Roedel Companies. "The scheduled renovations for the Marriott Courtyard will enhance guests' stay and overall experience at the hotel."
