Rodman R.E. sells 13,000 s/f for Crown Assoc. to Self-Storage Corp.
Crown Assoc. sold a one-story, 13,000 s/f building located on a 70,000 s/f lot at 604 Park Ave. The property, formerly occupied as Wonder Bread Depot, was sold to the Self-Storage Corp. for $1.3 million. Crown Assoc. was represented by Sheldon Rodman of Rodman Real Estate, Inc.
The buyer will develop a self-storage facility at the site.
