Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate recently negotiated the sale of a 32,500 s/f industrial building and the lease of a 4,000 s/f building.
In Swansea, Mass. Amper along with Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, vice president of Rodman, completed the sale of a 32,500 s/f industrial building at 6 Colletti Lane for $780,000.
The building is situated on a 20.4 acre site.
Amper and Sweeney represented Kickaumit Corp. in the sale to Old World Cobble, which will utilize the site as a staging area for importing cobble stones.
In Providence, Amper leased 4,000 s/f at 860 Eddy St. to Motivated Temps in an expansion of its current business.
