Barry and Steingold of CB Richard Ellis-NE sells 43,500 s/f - $1.635m
Tom Barry and Larry Steingold of CB Richard Ellis-New England sold 750 Wellington Rd. for $1.635 million.
The property, a 43,500 s/f one-story industrial building, was sold by Wellington Ave. Associates to Kernan Properties, LLC.
The building is located along I-95 with access to Rte. 10 and I-95. The property is near downtown Providence and T.F. Greeen Airport.
The 60 year old concrete block facility is on a 3 acre site and has 3 loading docks, 5 drive-in doors, 18' ceilings and is M-2 zoned and has been used for light industrial and warehouse needs.
