Rodman of Rodman Real Estate and Giuttari of MG Commercial lease 120,000 s/f

Sheldon Rodman of Rodman Real Estate and Mike Giuttari, SIOR, of MG Commercial completed the leasing of 13 Powder Hill Rd. to Hope Valley Industries. Hope Valley leased the entire building with the intent of purchasing the property during the next two years. This lease is an expansion to their existing headquarters location in Exeter. 13 Powder Hill Rd. is a 120,000 s/f manufacturing and distribution facility located in the North Central Industrial Park with amenities such as 22' ceiling heights and interior loading. Hope Valley Industries is a multi-functional manufacturer and distributor of all-weather automotive accessories, including floor-mats, mud-flaps, fender-flares, and a variety of consumer products. They are the leading supplier of automotive floor mats for the OEM market with clients such as GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes, Audi, and Honda, to name just a few.
