Roderick joins The Grossman Companies, Inc.'s property maintenance team

Jason Roderick has been named to the property maintenance team of The Grossman Companies, Inc. With more than 12 years of experience, Roderick is responsible for day-to-day operations of ten commercial properties mostly on the South Shore, either owned by Grossman or managed by the firm on behalf of other property owners. He says the new position provides an opportunity "to utilize all the trades I know to keep things running smoothly, to ensure that our tenants are happy, and to maintain the company's excellent reputation as a responsive landlord." Roderick studied air conditioning and refrigeration and has extensive experience with energy management and security systems, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of commercial property management and brokerage services.
