Robinson, Scott and Ordway of Apartment Realty Advisors sell 78-unit Canterbury Commons
Atlanta-headquartered Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA) brokered the sale of Canterbury Commons, a 78 unit community. The property sold for $5.35 million or $68,590/unit. The seller, Aspin Square, Inc., was represented by ARA's New England-based principal Richard Robinson, and brokers, Terry Scott and Stephen Ordway.
